When I walk into a bar, nothing makes me sadder than watching multiple people drinking any type of light beer. Light beer is the asshole younger brother of real beer. Light beer is trashy and low in alcohol. Nobody wins.  Sometimes I have a lapse in judgment or get stuck somewhere with no alternative and find myself drinking Miller Lite (don’t let the name full you, Lite actually means Light), and as ashamed as I am to admit that it happens, I understand that sometimes light beer must be consumed as a last ditch effort. But apparently there’s enough people in the beer-drinking world that regularly, willingly choose to drink light beer enough to make its production sustainable. That makes me sad.
