a couple of days ago i was at an Andrew Jackson Jihad show. it was a good excuse to try out the Flip camcorder i bought from target with the intention of using it for a few months until just before the return policy expires. at the end of the show, some unshowered kid proposed to his equally unshowered girlfriend. though i was at a terrible angle and behind the speakers, making both the video and audio pretty worthless, i caught it on film. here it is:
it made me wonder if public proposals are really that great of an idea. the chance of a “no” does lend itself to some excellent hilarity. unfortunately, the girl above obviously said yes.
i recorded the rest of the AJJ show (at the same shitty angle), and perhaps i will eventually get around to editing it and putting it on YouTube.
BUT NOT RIGHT NOW, OKAY?
if anyone is curious, the Flip is fucking awesome.
